Refund policy

Everything in the HobbyScool shop is a digital download, delivered immediately after purchase. There is nothing to ship back, so this policy works a little differently from a physical-goods return policy.

Our 14-day guarantee. If a product isn't what you expected, email us at help@hobbyscool.com within 14 calendar days of your purchase and we will refund it. Please include your order number, the product name, and the email address you used at checkout.

After 14 calendar days, purchases are non-refundable.

Trouble downloading? That usually isn't a refund situation, it's a link problem, and we can fix it quickly. Your download link is on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Check your spam folder first, then email help@hobbyscool.com and we will resend it.

Bought the same thing twice? If you placed a duplicate order by mistake, just tell us and we will refund the duplicate. There is no time limit on that one.

Gift cards purchased in the HobbyScool shop are non-refundable.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Shopify. Your bank usually posts the credit within 5 to 10 business days.

EU customers

If you are a consumer in the European Union buying for personal, non-business use, you have a statutory right under Directive (EU) 2023/2673 to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. This right exists in addition to the guarantee above.

To withdraw, email help@hobbyscool.com with the product, the date of purchase, and the name and email address used at checkout.
