Refund policy

For the sale of certain products, the Company provides a money-back guarantee. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms, except to the extent that the terms of a specific product or service provide otherwise.

With respect to any purchase that offers a money-back guarantee, you must request your money back within 14 calendar days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing help@hobbyscool.com. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 calendar days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Gift cards purchased inside the HobbyScool shop are non-refundable.
